Test Procedure
Please read the instruction carefully before detection, do not open the test cassette foil pouch until you are ready to perform the test.
1. Open the sealed foil pouch bag, take out the cassette and put on the table.
2.Use dropper adds 1 drops serum or plasma into the hole and then add 2 drops specimen buffer into the hole.
3. Read result within 10-20 minutesand read result after 20 minutes may give erroneous results.
Result Judgement
Negative: Only one colored line appear on the control region. No apparent line on the test region.
Positive: In addition to a colored control line, a colored line will also appear on the test region.
Invalid:A total absence of colored line in both(T) and (C) regions or no colored line appears on the control (C)region. The test failed, or the test procedure was not followed properly. Verify the test procedure and repeat the test with a new testing device.
